A FAIR will show Cambridge residents how they can become more energy efficient.
The inaugural 4 Seasons Fair is being held at St James Hall, in Wulfstan Way, on September 7.
It has been organised by Cambridge City Council’s housing team, and officers will help residents become more energy efficient, as Queen Edith’s Ward has the highest gas and electricity use per home across Cambridge.
Local clubs and organisations will also be present.
Justin Smith, the city councils private sector home energy officer, said: “We have planned for more than 20 stall holders to be at the fair and we are hoping to showcase two of the local clubs on the hour with demonstrations of their own talents.
“Queen Edith’s is a vibrant busy ward that has a lot to offer its householders. This event will show just how vibrant it is.”
Leader of the city council Cllr Sian Reid will open the fair at 5pm. It will run from 5-8pm, and admission is free.
