US customer relationship management (CRM) company SugarCRM has opened a new office at the Cambourne Business Park to support its rapid growth.
The firm has 1,185 clients and 16 channel partners in the UK – and the new office will accommodate its growing number of UK employees.
SugarCRM is the third-largest CRM provider in the world behind Microsoft and Salesforce.
“Outside of the US and Germany, the UK is our largest market and has the greatest potential, so it was imperative to increase our presence here,” said Tom Schuster, vice-president and general manager of SugarCRM Europe.
“Opening an office in Cambridge will allow us to meet the needs of our UK partners and customers and to enhance our offerings further, thereby ensuring clients are supported effectively and are achieving the best possible results for their business.”
