Flexible workspace provider Regus is sharing the love with Cambridge commuters this Valentine’s Day.

It is offering free workspace for the day at its premises at Cambourne Business Park and Vision Park, Histon.

The aim is to help stressed-out executives escape their lengthy commutes and get home quicker and in a better frame of mind for relaxation and romance.

Recent research from Regus revealed that one in 10 office workers in Cambridge puts in more than 11 hours every day, 45 per cent take work home to complete more than three times a week, and nearly two-thirds regularly check emails on mobile devices out of working hours.

Regus regional director Celia Donne said: “Simple measures like giving staff control over their working hours, shortening commute times or allowing employees to work from other locations can significantly improve workforce morale, especially on occasions like Valentine’s Day.”
